MARK REVERIE is a personal, non-commercial music-analysis portfolio. The contact form is available for visitors who wish to discuss the ideas or the author’s creative judgment; it does not offer commercial services. This notice explains how visitor messages and third-party site services are handled.
Information you choose to send
The contact form requests your name, email address and message. You may also provide your organization or role. Please do not submit confidential materials, unreleased recordings, private personal information or sensitive personal data through this form.
Why it is used
Form information is used to read, evaluate and respond to your inquiry, keep relevant correspondence, and prevent abuse of the contact channel. The site does not operate a mailing list or use form submissions for unsolicited marketing. Where applicable, the basis for handling inquiry information is the legitimate interest in responding to messages visitors initiate, subject to applicable law.
Service providers and technical data
The site uses Netlify for hosting and form submission processing. Netlify stores submitted form information and may handle technical and security logs in connection with hosting. The site also loads Google Fonts and selected freely licensed editorial photographs from Wikimedia Commons; requesting those files can disclose routine connection information, such as an IP address, to those services. Following outbound source links will take you to external websites with their own practices.
Retention and your choices
Messages are kept only while reasonably useful for correspondence, administration or legal recordkeeping, then reviewed for deletion. You can ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted by using the contact form and identifying the email address used. Requests will be considered in accordance with applicable law. Please avoid including sensitive information in any request.
Sharing and protection
Contact information may be accessed by the operator and hosting or service providers insofar as needed to operate the site and process inquiries. It is not intentionally sold or used to create advertising profiles. Internet services cannot be guaranteed perfectly secure; please do not send confidential or sensitive material.
International visitors
The project is operated from the United States. Website services may process or store data in the United States or other countries. If privacy laws applicable to you grant rights to notice, access, correction, deletion, objection or complaint, you may exercise those rights through the contact form, subject to the relevant requirements and exceptions.
